Ingredients
lentils (chana dal) – 1 cup (soaked 2 hrs)
ginger – half inch
green chilli – 5
blend all together without water
spinach – 1 small punch (chop it finely)
onion -1
carrot – half cup
capsicum / bell pepper – 1/4 cup
coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
salt as required
mix all together properly with hand
take a small amount of mixer and make a shape like shown in the video
steam it for 10 minutes and lert it cool down
cut into pieces after cool down
sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve with any sauce or yogurt
